Domestic Students’ Fees
Application Fee
An application fee of $100.00 (domestic students), $150 (international students) must accompany each application form. This fee is non-refundable.
Enrolment Confirmation Fee
An enrolment confirmation fee of $850.00 is payable on acceptance and confirmation of student placement. This fee must be paid prior to the student commencing school. This fee is non-refundable and is used to provide resources for new students.
Annual Tuition Fees are listed below. Fees will be reviewed each November and are posted on the school’s website.
College Tuition Fees
Wentworth Computer Science College’s tuition fees for 2023 have been set at $5,512.50 per term, incl. GST, based on a four term year. ($22,050pa).
A sibling discount is offered to families with two or more children attending Wentworth College; 5% for the 2nd or subsequent children.
Payment of Domestic Tuition Fees
Tuition fees are invoiced in advance at the beginning of the academic year. Payment may be made as a lump sum at the start of the year, or on a term-by-term basis prior to the start of each school term, or by regular automatic payments throughout the year. Most Wentworth families prefer to pay monthly from February to November inclusive. However, both frequency and start/finish dates are flexible provided arrangements are made with the school office prior to the commencement of the school year.
Parents may be required to withdraw students whose fees are not current.
No refunds will be made except at the discretion of the Board of Trustees. 2 full term’s notice of withdrawal is required.
Goods & Services Tax (at 15%) is included in all fees.
Note: Students at Wentworth Computer Science College will be required to provide their own laptop. Specifications for the laptop will be available from staff upon enrolment. Supplementary lessons and external examination/certifications may also incur additional charges.
